David “Avocado” Wolfe is considered by his peers as one of the world’s leading authorities on nutrition. Why is this so? Here’s why
David has been developing, marketing, and distributing the world’s most amazing and exotic organic food products. This affiliation has already had reach great success when they where the first to bring raw and organic cacao beans/nibs (raw chocolate), goji berries, Incan berries, cacao butter, cacao powder, powdered encapsulated mangosteen, maca extract and cold-pressed coconut oil into a wider distribution in North America. By putting out products that are known for their extraordinary quality control and ethical production, no wonder that they continue to lead the field in the realm of raw organic superfoods.
David Wolfe has a degree in mechanical and environmental engineering, political science. He then acquired a juris doctor in law and a masters. Right now, he is still participating in higher education as a professor of nutrition for Dr. Gabriel Cousen’s master’s degree program on live-food nutrition. Since 1996 he has already given over 1,000 health lectures and seminars in the U.S. Canada, Europe, Central America and the South Pacific. He hosts at least six fitness, health, and adventure retreats each year at different retreat centers around the world.
Why then talk or know more about David Wolfe? Because he is debunking a lot of our nutritional myths and we need to know about it. He has stated that calcium does not build bones. Nations that consume the most calcium like the United States, Canada and Scandinavian countries have even got the worst osteoporosis. This is because our theory of mineralization or our concept of nutrition is wrong. It does not mean that if if our bones are made of calcium, we have got bone density the conclusion is that we lack calcium. Again calcium does not build bones. According to David Wolfe this is one of the biggest misconception about our bodies.
So if it’s not calcium, what then increases bone density? It is silicon and magnesium. And the best source for magnesium is cacao. Cacao is even good for the teeth because it has got chemical that kill the Streptococcus organism that cause cavities. Yes, chocolate is good for the teeth. It is sugar that is bad.. Then the source for silicon would be from the skin of cucumbers, bell peppers and skin of tomatoes.
Yes my friends, things are changing. And we need to debunk a lot of the old to let inside the new. You can’t live longer to 100 if you still smoke or drink alcohol .We need to get healthy. We need to get as much information as we can.
The right information, that is. So I guess it pays to be updated on new technologies. Out with the old and in with the new. Good day everyone!
