The trendsetters in fashion, both vogue and glamour, have laid out the superfoods trends to watch out for this year.

Some of the foods are never heard of, some which were considered as the best superfoods until now, will lose their status, and some are lucky enough to continue being “super”.

The top items that were listed by the Fashion magazine, depict an interesting trend that is displayed below in the Google graphs.

I am sure it is going to define the way we look at them this year, with their demand showing an upward trend. So start paying attention to these new superfoods.
