I’m Kathy M. Miller. I began my life as a normal woman. 114 pounds wringing wet. Then I got pregnant. My baby was huge and I stayed huge. I gained over 50 pounds and over the years kept adding to it through three pregnancies.​As I was getting older I experienced health problems due to the excess weight — diabetes, high blood pressure, extra pressure on my joints — and I decided to do something about it. I didn’t want to retire and have a miserable life. I’m still young inside!​
